Youth “Next Step” Training (Ages 9–12)

Youth “Next Step” training programs focus on the fundamentals of basketball and fitness, by teaching concepts that will increase athletes understanding of the game, while making it fun and safe.

We strive to improve athletes basketball confidence by developing their individual skills which includes ball handling, shooting, shots on the move, defensive techniques, and conditioning to help them be more prepared for all levels of basketball.
